Usually task automation scripts rely on Bash, Perl, C++ or C#. They don't use JavaScript. Automaton does.

Automaton enables developers to put together a config file with all the tasks they want to accomplish and run it every time they need it.

Automaton needs to be called via the Node.js CLI.
