Using WP's custom post type feature, A7 Simple Events allows administrators to add and manage special events via the WP backend.

Events are managed as any other WP post or page.

The only thing different from regular posts is the presence of a new metabox on the editing screen, where the event start and end date/time is added and managed.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 3.3 or higher
