By default, WordPress redirects all form submissions errors to a blank page where a small text is displayed.
The 'Comment Errors' plugin rewires the way WordPress works, and instead of redirecting the user to a blank page, the user is redirected back to the form itself, and the error message is displayed above the form (in red type).
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
Requirements:
· WordPress 3.4 or higher

Via: Comment Errors 1.0.1
