Available as a sidebar widget and embeddable shortcode.

An administration interface is provided in the WP backend where the user can go and select the style and content of his social icons package.
Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
