An URL slug is a browser-friendly text, usually found in Internet links.

The plugin parses a text string, removes all non alpha-numeric characters and replaces the spaces with a line ( - ).

The space character can be customized.

Uppercase letters are also converted to lowercase.

A demo is included with the download package.

Requirements:

· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery JavaScript Library
