Forms can be embedded in posts, widgets or pages.

Can be used as a widget or shortcode. The shortcode syntax is [gform form='URL']

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

· WordPress 3 or higher

Limitations:

· This plugin only supports Google Forms that are "Published as a web page"
· No support for private forms.
