These containers stay in a fixed position while the user scrolls down a page, always remaining in view.

jfixed also supports "parenting", where the fixed container can stay in a fixed position relative to the screen and it's parent.

When the parent is scrolled down, the fixed element is also scrolled out of view. But in all that time, the fixed container remains fixed relative to the screen, inside his non-fixed parent.

A demo is included with the download package.
