Dart is structured yet a flexible programming language for the web, mixing new features with common language constructs into a clear, readable syntax.

· Dart is till under heavy development and may change drastically from version to version.

· Added an initial implementation of an 'Inline Method' refactoring.
· The 64 bit Editor builds now include 64 bit SDKs.
· The dart:core Math class is deprecated: long live the dart:math library!
· We no longer use inferred types for warnings by default; this is now a user-configurable option.
· In addition, there are 13 analysis fixes, fixes to how we handle the --package-root setting, code indentation fixes, and fixes to the Files and Problems views.
