Detects every time the user scrolls to the bottom or the top of a page, allowing the developer to trigger other actions when that happens.

Not only that, works with any scroll area, not only the page scroll system. So this means it can also detect the top or the bottom of a scroll action inside smaller scrollable containers.

A demo is included with the download package.
