jQuery Sortable works with any collection of elements, with a flat structure, within a tree structure and even with complicated HTML elements like menus or tables.

Sorting elements can be done with vertical or horizontal layouts, using only the mouse.

The advantage of jQuery Sortable over other similar solutions, is that it does not use jQuery UI at all, making it one of the few pure jQuery-based sorting solutions.

Demos are included with the download package.

Requirements:

· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery 1.7 or higher
