The tool makes it easy for developers to locate the coordinates of cities, countries, landmarks and addresses across the globe using third-party geo-coders and other sources of data, such as wikis.

It currently includes support for six geocoders: Google Maps, Yahoo! Maps, Windows Local Live (Virtual Earth), GeoNames, MediaWiki pages (with the GIS extension), geocoder.us and Semantic MediaWiki pages.
