Textareas and input fields will no longer accept more user input than the set limit.

When the user reaches the limit, he will be no longer to type.

Optionally it can display a message as the user types to let him know how many characters he has left, how many has he typed and what is the limit.

Requirements:

· JavaScript enabled on client side
· jQuery 1.2.6 or higher

· The Input Limtier 1.3.1 adds option to count line returns as two (or more) characters. The new option is: lineReturnCount, and the value defaults to 1
